Heartopia features a comprehensive progression tracking system, but some of the most prestigious player card decorations are hidden. Hidden Achievements and Secret Titles do not appear in your default journal until you complete their specific hidden requirements. This guide covers how to track these secrets and claim your rewards.
Secret Title Unlock Requirements
Equipping a title displays a unique tag under your character’s name plate for other players to see when visiting your island via the Town Portal.

Hidden Milestone Achievements
These achievements do not show progress bars in your journal and must be completed in a single session or under specific circumstances:
1. “Fallen Star Collector”
- Requirement: Catch 3 falling stars during a Meteor Shower event night (occurs randomly under Clear Weather, announced by Atara).
- Reward: Wishing Star x5 + Star Gazer title.
2. “Swamp Lurker”
- Requirement: Spend 5 consecutive in-game hours in the Swamp area during midnight Foggy weather.
- Reward: Luna Moth Lantern blueprint + Lurker title.
3. “Ghost of Whisper Lake”
- Requirement: Take a photo of the lake surface at exactly 03:00 AM (Late Night) using Photo Mode while crouching.
- Reward: Ghostly Sheet costume + Lake Ghost title.
Equipping and Displaying Titles
- Open your Watch Menu and tap on your Player Profile card.
- Tap the Edit Info button next to your name plate.
- Select the Titles tab to view your unlocked list.
- Tap Equip on your desired title. Your name plate will now display the title card (e.g. [Ocean Monarch] PlayerName).
